Very elegant presentation for a brewing company. Potent cucumber on the nose.
Could you call this a riff on a Margarita? It didn’t really drink like one, but the tequila + sweetness served in a coupe somewhat reminded me of it. Just missing some Tajín or salt haha. Ok, I digress… lovely peach taste up front. It was actually really well balanced, light, and refreshing. An amazing beachside cocktail.
I would go as far as to say it is probably the best cocktail I’ve ever had at a brewing company. Yes, I’m the guy that orders a cocktail at a brewing company. Shoot me. Or don’t, because then I can’t give you awesome bar recommendations.
And who wants to read a cocktail review page from someone who isn’t messed up in the head enough to ask for Basil Hayden with a big rock when your entire friend group decides between the house blonde or the new IPA they just got in?
Oh, and the name… what is up with that? My unborn child could come up with a more creative name. And hopefully one that doesn’t have “cum” so boldly at the forefront.
